Hot Wheels are extremely popular among young boys, they are like other racing sets but have a wild edge to them which makes them much more exciting, whereas other racing track sets will have a standard racing track Hot Wheels racing track sets have all kinds of exciting themes like swamps, dinosaurs, gorillas and more. Hot Wheels racing sets also have much more exciting tracks, they have loops and extreme bends all over the place which makes for allot of fun when racing, kids can also set up crashes and other cool stunts. Most Hot Wheels racing sets are set up for these stunts and crashes and not for standard racing, if you are looking for a more standard racing car set then the Scalextric sets would be better.


There are many Hot Wheels sets available with hellish bends and loop the loops, the themes of these sets seem to change quite often but the basic theme or crashes, stunts and general destruction is present in all Hot Wheels sets. The Hot Wheels sets that you buy come with all of the track and at least one car, the amount of cars that you get depends on the track with most offering one or two cars but some offer bonus car packs that have lots more cars. The main aim of the Hot Wheels racing tracks is usually not to actually race another car but to perform stunts and crashes, most Hot Wheels tracks only have one lane so racing is often not possible. Lots of Hot Wheels tracks also offer cool obstacles that must be avoided, these include a gorilla, dinosaur, swamp monster and lots of others, these usually need to be jumped over or avoided to complete the track.

There are also Hot Wheels products that you can buy including the large cars, these toys do not go on the Hot Wheels tracks but are used separately. These large cars have all kinds of themes just like the track sets, there are large cars that break down into lots of smaller cars and there are also large cars that use toy fuel to move them, one even has a jet plane in the back that can fly!

So if you are looking for Hot Wheels toys then there are a few choices, the track sets have lots of themes but all have stunts, crashes and loops. There are also the larger cars that have other features such as fuel and smaller cars, some of the sets also have bonus car sets. If you are looking for cheap Hot Wheels toys then it is best to have a shop around, there are many shops offering cheap Hot Wheels toys and some also often have cheap special offers and deals.
